With over a quarter of a million skaters having taken to the ice in the past six years, bmibaby Cardiff Winter Wonderland returns to the beautiful Civic Centre for a seventh year in 2007. The magical open-air ice rink is back between November 15th 2007 and January 6th 2008 giving a cool 52 days of skating.

Whether you're an experienced skater or a complete beginner the open-air ice rink at bmibaby Cardiff Winter Wonderland is an essential winter experience. Whilst the rink remains the focus for skaters and spectators, there are plenty of other attractions around the arena for all the family including the ice café bar; heated terrace overlooking the ice; traditional children’s carousel and rides; the 'Wheel of Wales Cardiff' and free festive entertainment.

bmibaby Cardiff Winter Wonderland is one of many elements of Christmas festivities in Cardiff, which include the Christmas Lights Switch On on November 15th, Cardiff’s Calennig New Year’s Eve celebrations (with free live music stage, the Admiral family fireshow, and free buses); fabulous Christmas shopping opportunities in the city with extra Park & Ride facilities and much, much more.
